Christian Prayer & Meditation can be very effective if used in the correct way. A lot of people wrongly assume that Christian prayer and meditation mean going to church on Sunday, putting on a suit and listening to some hymns. That's not what prayer and meditation are all about. If you're looking to improve your life, then Christian prayer and meditation should form part of your life.

Christian prayer and meditation don't mean that you have to go to church every single week. You don't have to dress up in your Sunday best either. And you don't have to spend hours meditating and praying. Christian prayer and meditation is about doing things deliberately, from time to time, to make a difference in your life. It's about living deliberately - taking time to stop and reflect, being intentional about things you do.

Amen App should always be intentional about anything he does in his life, but especially how he lives. Christian prayer and meditation aren't just about going to church once a week. Instead it's about making a difference in your daily life. It means deliberately choosing to live a different kind of life. Practicing prayers and reading the Bible every day, but also having good, worthwhile and productive thoughts in your mind throughout the day.

The way I see it, Christian prayer and meditation is about living each moment to its fullest. Being fully awake and aware of everything around you. Having thoughts that are positive, that is God centered and that encourage you to grow and excel. Then turning those thoughts into actions so you can grow in the spiritual sense. To achieve Amen, Christian prayer and meditation don't mean trying to force any thoughts, images or feelings out of your head. Christian prayer and meditation mean that you allow these thoughts to enter your mind, and that you allow yourself time to allow them to arise. Then gently and deliberately let them go. If you find yourself pondering something, stop that thought, replace it with another, or push it away.

By allowing yourself time to think, and by not resisting the thoughts that come, you will find yourself in a better place more quickly. You will find yourself more aware of where you're at, what you need and want in your life, and that you have more control over your life direction. This is what prayer and meditation are really all about. Living deliberately.
